Our development standard is: 100% ingredients from natural sources, no added preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours, and no E-number additives. We will verify every final claim against the production recipe and supplier declarations before it appears on a bottle.

The date printed on the finished bottle will always be the authority. We will not promise a shelf life until each final recipe, bottle and production process has passed accredited shelf-life and microbiological testing. Different recipes may have different lives.

After opening, keep every sauce refrigerated at 5°C or below, close the cap firmly and follow the label. The fresh no-vinegar Jamaican sauce is expected to be sold chilled from purchase unless testing validates a different storage method.

Keep it upright, cold and closed. Wipe the nozzle or rim clean, do not introduce a used utensil, and discard the sauce if the seal was damaged or its smell, appearance or container has changed unexpectedly.

Black Shito is expected to contain fish and may contain crustaceans. Green Thecha and Suya Powder contain peanuts. Final labels will emphasise all regulated allergens and state any validated cross-contamination warnings.

Contact help@getplusone.store with your order number, a photo and the batch code. We will refund or replace damaged, incorrect or unsafe goods. We normally will not ask you to post opened food back unless it is needed for an investigation.

Our working creator model is 5% of net revenue from their recipe SKU, paid quarterly with a statement. The exact definition of net revenue, refunds, discounts, wholesale and territories is agreed in a written creator contract before launch.

Tell us your story, where the sauce comes from and what makes it distinctive through the Join page. Please do not send the recipe itself. We cannot guarantee we are not already developing something similar, and we only request recipe details after both sides agree to continue.

Use the Join page and choose the affiliate route. The working model is an 8% commission on tracked, non-refunded sales with clear advertising disclosure rules.

The first batch is planned for UK delivery only. Delivery price, dispatch window and any free-delivery threshold will be shown before we ask for payment. Joining the preorder list today does not take payment or guarantee a dispatch date.

The current prototype prepares an email in your own mail app; the website does not store the details you enter. Before we introduce accounts, analytics-led marketing or checkout, we will publish a full privacy notice explaining the data used, why it is needed and how long it is kept.
